Planning Supervision - meeting CDM
The Worksafe Partnership can assist professional teams taking on the role pf Planning Supervisor, or
can ast as the Duty Holder giving support to in-house project management staff who have undertaken this
function. The Worksafe Partnership have also worked for a number of blue chip companies helping
them address the various issues that the CDM (Construction, Design & Management) regulations pose.
The Worksafe Partnership have been appointed Planning Supervisor for the following projects:
- £254 million new HQ for the Ministry of Defence Collocation Project in Bristol. Appointed as 'Duty Holder' by Symonds Group;
- £20 million hospital project in Dorchester;
- Total refurbishment of Marble Arch Tower, London;
- Various new home developments for Goldcrest Homes Plc. in London;
- A number of other Planning Supervisor appointments for various clients in London, on new build, conversion and refurbishment projects;
*Duty Holder is the term used either for a named person on a particular project within an organisation, or operating as Planning Supervisor who have a number of appointments for several projects.
