Worksafe Training
With the impact of the CDM regulations requiring Clients and Principal Contractors
to make competent appointments and agree to method statements prior to commencement
of works, the demand for evidence of safety training is critical (i.e. up to date
safety and trade certification before contractors or sub-contractors are allowed on site).
Many of our member companies have engaged us to address their individula health & safety
training needs by requesting training for Directors, Staff, Site Management, Site
Supervisors and Operatives.
We have carried out these safety courses at various venues arranged either by our member, or
by us on behalf of the member either on site, at their own offices or at a mutually
convenient venue providing it will facilitate the training course objectives.
More recently, The Worksafe Partnership now run tow external CITB approved Safety Awareness courses a year, one in March and one in September.
These are open to anyone, but are especially valuable for members who cannot justify all
their staff being on an in-company training course at the same time.
